As we know in R.C structures we may need to provide holes in beam for service purposes.
I am here attaching a book showing examples on the design of beams with holes.

What specifically are you looking for from STAAD.Pro? I would suggest that this is such a broad topic, that it would make sense to address it as a series of more manageable ideas. I would suggest that a reasonable starting point would be to provide support of 'small' openings as defined in the publication, i.e. <40% of the beam depth. This would not really affect the analysis, but is really an extension on the beam design. This idea could be added to the Advanced Concrete Design Project.
