Extrude the current element to the next 'dimensional' element.

at present in the 'Translational repeat' command we have the option to 'link elements' so as to create new 'beam' elements... - could we expand this feature so that:

1) translational repeating a line (parallel to its local X axis) can have the possibility to autogenerate 'plate elements'

2) translational repeating a region bound by a set of line (or) a plate element can have the possibility to autogenerate 'plate elements' and/or solid elements

3) this can also be implemented in 'Circular Repeat' and 'Mirror'

    Many thanks for posting this idea. Do you mean that these would be the first step in a routine that would generate the objects multiple times so the method would take the selection as a starting input, The direction, number of steps and object type would be configuration items and the result would be the objects as shown? When you say lines do you mean beams?
