Better integration of physical members in Analysis Model

When a physical member is created, STAAD should handle the collection of beams as one entity. When a section of material is assigned, it should always be to the physical member. End releases will only exist at the ends of the physical member. Currently, properties and attributes can be assigned to beams AND to members. It is possible to have a physical member that is defined as a W10x22, and one of the individual beams is defined as W4x13. Which section prevails? An end release can exist for a beam is not located at the end of a physical member. Will a hinge be created in the middle of the physical member? These scenarios are very unrealistic.

Thank you for posting your idea here, although your idea already exists. That is to define the model in the Physical Workflow. that way all the definitions associated with the members are defined as physical entities.
