To update/include the specifications for mexican regulation for Ciudad de Mexico to the latest version 2023 which include loads specifications, seismic, wind, or at least the steel and concrete.

I can understand why you might post this suggestion, however, this would represent a significant amount of work and it would be more achievable to set out each of these as separate ideas. Perhaps set this one to be 'Steel design to the Ciudad de Mexico NTC 2023'. Lets see how many engineers vote for that as an idea
