Thank you for posting here, although you are right in suggesting that you have observed a behaviour that is not as intended. The purpose of the ideas portal is to share suggestions that would help really provide engineers an capability that will provide a significant improvement to their ability to deliver a project with STAAD.Pro. I am sure you would agree, this does not fall into that camp. However in this case, it will be shared with the team and I would expect it will require only a small modification. In future, please log observations like this as a service case.
