While generating Seismic Definitions, the software automatically assigns the Zone Factor for Cuddalore, Tamilnadu, India as 0.16. This value is not aligned with local seismic requirements and also with IS 1893 - Part 1 - 2016 and leads to unnecessary increases in moments and reinforcement quantities.
I kindly request that the default Zone Factor for Cuddalore, Tamilnadu, India be corrected to 0.1, so that designs reflect appropriate seismic conditions without requiring post-processing adjustments.
This correction will improve the accuracy and efficiency of seismic analysis for projects in the region.
