I assume that you aware that if you perform a time history analysis, then you can obtain the plot of displacement, velocity or acceleration for any node on the model simply by clicking in it in the appropriate layout. However, are you aware that if you right click on these graphs, and select Diagrams, you can change the reported data from being in the time domain to the response of the chosen location in the frequency domain. e.g.
