During the design of some pile cap foundations in STAAD foundation advanced I noticed there are currently not any additional group capacity checks for shear and tension capacity (it seems the only current workaround is to multiply individual pile capacities in shear and tension by the number of piles present). I would like to see this implemented in future iterations of the software as group checks are already present for compression capacity, thank you.
