We kindly request considering the inclusion in the load combination generator aids of the option to independently input the multiplier values according to ASCE (Rho, Qe, Omega x, Omega z, Cdx, Cdz, I) for the different types of combinations. Please refer to the attached image and PDF with the various combinations that should typically be applied in designs. Additionally, it would be beneficial to include a specific section within the "contents" workspace for combinations intended for the design of connections, base plates, and anchor bolts, within the options available in STAAD according to ASCE 7-16. Furthermore, it is suggested to add ASCE 7-22 within the load combination catalog.
Thank you for posting this idea. We are currently working on refactoring the load combination generator tool to support different combination methods as the Eurocode defines a complex rule to create those conditions needed to be considered. This refactoring which is being targeted for the next release of STAAD.Pro will provide a platform for including other methods such as this.
