Thank you for adding this idea. The rotate tool provides that capability. This takes two coordinates, which can be set using node points, and an angle of rotation as well as options to move or copy and when creating a copy, link the new nodes with the old. Or is your request to extend this tool to allow multiple copies to be made using this tool rather than just a single new instance of the selected objects?
