Currently there is a limitation in the application, where the list size is checked against a threshold defined in the INI file (currently set to 280 as default). If the list exceeds this limit, the command is split onto the next line and multiple copy of assigned properties(section, support etc.) are getting created in to model.
This constraint can be removed on both the UI and analysis engine sides.
