Mesh size in FEM in staad is yet controversial topics, as different trials for different mesh size gives very diverse and biased result, Hence perfect mesh size for more accurate plate result needs to incorporate.

It is suggested to add I sections with side plates table under specifications user table manager tabs. Offshore brownfiled modificaitons work would involve adding side plates to existing I sections to increase its capacity.

Currently RCDC works only in Euro code for water tank.. my suggestion is please consider IS:3370 for water tank design.
