Add option to pick which Axis releases are applied to for angles in STAAD
It is unclear which axis is a release is applied to (whether the geometric or the local) for angles. Giving an option would clarify that plus make it easier to do one over the other.

STAAD graphical display and user interface seems way behind compared to other similar software in the market. The controls for GUI are obsolete, inflexible and difficult to navigate.
